Valeria Solís

Valeria Solís has spent 9 years specializing in anti-aging nutrition and longevity medicine, though her fascination with cellular biology started earlier: in 2013, while studying Human Nutrition and Dietetics at Complutense University of Madrid, she developed her thesis on the impact of caloric restriction on aging biomarkers in older adults. After graduating, she completed a Master's in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Barcelona (2015), specializing in nutritional psychoneuroimmunology and the gut-brain axis.
